KPN internetandphone (internetplusbellen)

Since last Wednesday our phone was out of service. We have been trying to get it working since, but without any luck. Here is my experience with KPN so far this week.

Wednesday our phone went down. Rebooting, resetting, turn-off and on, nothing helped, the voip-light kept blinking. So we called KPN. Some first-line helpdesk guy, said everything seemed okey, we would be called back...

Friday we call. Same thing... helpdesk check settings, everything seems okey. But again the expert-line was overused so we would be called back.

Today (Monday), we still haven't received a call back so we try again. MIRACLE we finally get reach of the experts. He checks and directly spots our problem "Your phone number isn't in the system. Strange." He promise to callback, while he fixes everything. And indeed he calls back within 5 minutes. Phone is working again.. :-).

I go into the router, and make some adjustments, which were deleted because of the hard reset (ip range, net forwarders, etc). I am not even DONE, and my mom comes into my room, yelling to phone is out again.

Same problem. Voip-light keeps blinking. We are out of the system again? I directly call back, but since the experts were flooded again by phone calls, we will get called back.

Right...
